Pemakaian kata Mithrandir untuk memaknai kata Prophet atau Nabi sebenarnya lebih mengacu pada symbol yang lebih dapat dipahami daripada realitas epistemologi yang memberi makna atas pengenalan yang lazim bersifat intutio, atau intuisi. setiap orang mengembangkan penafsiran namun belum mendekati dunia dimana kata prophet atau nabi hidup. situasi yang dikembangkan tidak memberikan ruang untuk mempercayai Nabi atau Prophet melebihi yang orang pandang sekarang sebagai Ustadz. jika dirujuk kembali pada surat Ali Imran, dan dunia yang diperkenalkan, orang belum mencerna temuan kompleks ilmu pengetahuan sehingga penghibur satu-satunya yang dapat membuat dunia heran dan hidup adalah pendongeng atau orang yang pandai bercerita. cerita yang diperkenalkan kemudian menyebar sehingga orang yang melihat dan mengalami mengamini kebenarannya, dan yang mendengar namun tidak melihat dan mengalami, mengernyitkan dahi, dan bertanya-tanya. namun, mereka sudah terlanjur mendengar.
Untuk mencapai kepercayaan Raja, atau penguasa, seorang pendongeng bisa jadi sangat menghibur. dan seberapa menarik mereka menghibur, artinya adalah mendekat pada penguasa, dan bisa jadi uang atau harta yang banyak. dan Nabi Muhammad SAW menghibur dengan cara yang aneh, - ingat, bahwa nabi adalah pedagang - jika kebiasaan lampau yang menghibur dengan cara berceloteh, membantunya berdagang dan memperoleh kepercayaan dari penguasa memuluskan langkahnya dalam berdagang, beliau tentu tidak akan ragu berperan menjadi pendongeng atau orang yang pandai bercerita. namun, beliau tidak hanya berperan - dalam berdagang -, tapi juga menghibur dengan cara yang saya bilang aneh, yaitu cara Mithrandir. Jika melihat film Lord of The Ring, anda akan tahu seperti apa Mithrandir itu.
Dan orang yang memiliki kemampuan Mithrandir akan dengan mudah menang mutlak memperoleh kepercayaan dari penguasa dan menarik banyak keheranan dibanding pendongeng biasa yang tidak memiliki kemampuan Mithrandir. jika skenario yang menempatkan keheranan massa bertumpu pada satu orang,- pandai, menghibur, dan orang yang dipercaya,- jika masalah menimpa, kemana orang menuju. kesimpulannya sudah jelas, mereka akan memakai nabi sebagai tumpuan, orang yang mampu mengkoordinir garis depan.
Dunia dimana batas wilayah masih diperdebatkan dan diperebutkkan oleh bangsawan, raja, dan bahkan ada yang terancam hilang dari peta, orang dengan kemampuan "pandai" dan Mithrandir, akan masuk ke dalam kekuasaan menjadi penasehat terpercaya. dan mungkin memimpin sendiri pasukan Raja atau bangsawan penguasa, untuk mempertahankan nilai atas wilayah yang dipunyai.
Disini, Mithrandir Muhammad SAW tidak sendiri, saya membaca kata jamak yang merujuk pada kata nabi, sehingga nabi bukanlah mithrandir seorang. tapi nabi-nabi, atau para nabi. sangat mudah menebak untuk menempatkan situasi bahwa mereka terlibat dengan penguasa, dan ketika percikan api menjadi sesuatu yang rumit, mereka ikut masuk, menjadi salah satu bagian yang dituduh. disinilah, kemampuan para nabi, atau para Mithrandir diuji...
